On behalf of the National Executive Board, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the national website of Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc. We are a Latina-based organization comprised of undergraduate, graduate and professional members that provide a network of support. SIA welcomes women of all backgrounds to consider membership into our precious and rare organization.

Our members are leaders dedicated to the advancement of women, academic excellence, service and the promotion of our diverse cultures within SIA and the community at large. Our endeavor is to work towards common goals while valuing individualism.

We are extremely proud of our most recent accomplishment - establishing the Solidaridad Inspiracion Amistad Community Foundation, Inc. SIA will work in conjunction with the foundation to better serve Latino communities while strengthening our commitment to scholarship and service.
